Biomass Carbonization Rotary Kiln Furnace is the ideal machine for turnning the agricultural wastes to the useful energy. Our professional Rotary Kiln accepts wide-ranged raw materials, almost all the biomass wastes can be carbonized, such as wood, wood chips, coconut shells, straws,sawdust, rice husk, fruit peel, etc. Through the process of carbonization, biomass wastes could turn into charcoals, electricity and biogas under high-temperature environment.

  6. Gas scrubbing and dedusting technology, high temperature vapour will be dedusted before condensing, meet environment protection requirements.
  7. System could operate without external heat supply during normal production. It’s automatical operation.
  8. Comprehensive utilization of the excess heat could be used for electricity generation during normal production.
  9. Heating method: adopt oil and gas double way burner for heating.
